Excellent food and spot on service. Loved the beautiful gesture of the flowers given to my mom along with the chocolate . Loved the lobster Benny and the black chicken. Cocktails were fabulous! Live music was great and something new iv seen in reflections
We visited for Father’s Day brunch and were met with a thoughtful, relaxed experience. The Garden Terrace has recently undergone beautiful renovations. The refreshed space features a retractable glass roof and soft wooden finishes that bring the outdoors in, creating a garden like retreat in the heart of the city. We overheard that further refinements are in the works, shaped by feedback they've received from guests. The water feature beyond the window added a peaceful backdrop to the setting. The buffet brunch itself had a thoughtful selection of sushi and a raw bar, dim sum, salads, mezze, antipasti, fresh-pressed juices and smoothies, pastries, fruit, and desserts. Guests also selected a plated brunch entree (we had the tofu with avocado toast and the dungeness crab benedict). Each dish felt intentional, fresh, and well presented. The service was quietly attentive. Staff moved through the room with ease and kindness, anticipating needs and keeping the flow seamless. Live music carried through the space just enough to soften the air. While leaving, there was a small issue with the elevator doors not closing, but the staff responded quickly and walked us out through an alternate elevator. Altogether, a memorable brunch. We look forward to coming back.
Came here for my birthday as a surprise and I had such a great time! The staff is so friendly and the space is absolutely gorgeous. Our server Jun was incredible and had great suggestions and knowledge about the menu. Crizel in the kitchen is so talented, the food was so unique and tasted so good! I also received a complimentary dessert for my birthday (baileys chocolate bar), best way to end the meal! The managers also came by to make sure we had a good time which I also really appreciated. 10/10, would recommend and definitely will come back!
I’ve been coming to Reflections for years, so I was curious to see what the revamp would bring after the year-long closure. It definitely has a new, modern feel (and a retractable roof, yay!) — but I was so happy to find that it still carries the same garden charm that’s made it such a special spot in the city. We arrived while the skies were still bright and blue, and as the evening set in, the whole space transformed—super cozy and elevated. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very attentive—it was easy to linger long into the night. I’m a martini girl and I highly recommend the Reflections Martini—it’s fresh and perfectly balanced. We ordered the Hamachi Crudo, Lamb Kofta, Baba Ghanoush, Kale and Baby Gem Salad with prawns, and the Filet Mignon (bonus points for being grass-fed!). Everything was delicious. We were too full for dessert, but I’m already looking forward to going back for the Mango Sticky R-ice Cream!
The Garden Terrace has a really cool and unique vibe Girls, that's a great place to take pictures. The food was delicious and the beautifully presented. Thank you for the friendly service!!!
A friend and I dropped by for a drink before heading out to a concert. We both had a cocktail called the Blueberry Hill Farm. The drink was very refreshing and tasty. The staff were super approachable and knowledgeable. The Garden is beautiful and has a great vibe! Would be a great space to soak in some sun, have drinks, snacks and create memories with friends this summer.
Well-oiled machine run by customer service specialists and favoured for special occasions. Despite serving a packed house, our food and drinks were delivered in a timely fashion. The menu was wordy and specific, the staff and guests dressed up, and the roof was gratefully closed against the rain. Four and a half stars atmosphere only because of the impractically low chairs that kept us uncomfortably far from our table. My only other complaint is with the name of the place. Reflections? Sounds like some generic main-floor hotel food. These guys deserve a better name.
Feels like you entered a whole different world when you first walk into the restaurant. It’s clean, the service is friendly, food is well made. A nice treat!
